The Rumble in the Jungle is a do-not-miss tournament produced by local anglers to showcase the incredible king mackerel fishery off the Little River, SC coast every fall. Named after the once-secret live bottom that has produced consistent winning fish for more than 20 years, the event has a long history of service to the local community and stewardship of our natural resources, responsible for more than $20,000 in annual charitable donations as well as the installation and augmentation of multiple artificial reefs in our waters.

The Rumble has paid out almost $150,000 to previous winners, and this year will feature a guaranteed $30,000 first place prize! With an entry fee of only $275, this is a tournament that any team in any size boat can win. The bait and the fish are right on the beach at this time of year, so if you’ve ever wanted to introduce your family to the thrill of catching the big one without having to brave rough seas and long runs, this is your event!
